Sangobuild Team's Trip to Indonesia

In the time since the end of the epidemic, sangobuild has been busy receiving customers from all over the world to visit sangobuild factories. Finally, in addition to the reception, we planned a visit to Indonesia for more than a month and decided the final time. After the Islamic New Year, the sangobuild team flew to Indonesia on July 22 and stayed in Jakarta for 3 days. On July 26, the sangobuild team arrived in Bali and visited our customer. The visit is to:

1. Solve the after-sales problem of our asphalt shingles

2. In-depth communication and cooperation with our dealers and customers

3. Visit our asphalt shingle field projects

4. Understand the needs and suggestions of customers to improve ourselves. 

In Jakarta, the sangobuild team visited local construction sites and factories for on-site discussions and exchanges with our customers. We introduced our latest product lines, including steel houses and environmentally friendly building materials, which received great attention and appreciation from our customers. This visit not only deepened our relationship with our customers, but also laid a solid foundation for our promotion in the Indonesian market. 

In Bali, the sangobuild team conducted in-depth exchanges and cooperation with local dealers and customers, solved some asphalt shingle after-sales problems, and provided professional solutions. Through face-to-face communication with customers, we have a deeper understanding of their needs and opinions, which provides a valuable reference for future product improvement and service.
